200 gr Holler plum jam
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
50 ml vegetable oil
200 gr flour
1 handful chopped walnuts
Holler Zwetschke Marmelade by Der Greisslerin (it replaces the sugar) with the baking powder and mix well, then add the eggs - mix. Add the vegetable oil and then mix in the flour until all the ingredients are mixed into a smooth dough. Finally, add the nuts and fold in. Grease and flour a 20 cm baking tin and pour in the batter. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, leave to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
